Dinner must be booked in advance or on arrival. Sunday dinner is not available, unless booked and arranged in advance. Sunday Dinner will be a set menu / buffet.We are fully licensed. Pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed on the verandas overlooking the sub-tropical garden. A variety of red & white wines are available. CANCELLATION POLICYFor non-arrival (no-show) or premature departure or cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to arrival, 100 % of the total accommodation fee is payable.Cancellation less than 7 days (21 days in high season) prior to a booking, forfeit the full deposit;7 - 14 days ---- 75 % of the deposit15 – 21 days ---- 50 % of the deposit Cancellations 22 days or more prior to arrival, forfeit 25 % of the deposit.Administration fee of R150,00 will be charged on all refunds.Accommodation fee paid is refundable ONLY if rooms are booked out again.Should we therefore book out all rooms again, you will receive the balance of your money back.TERMS & CONDITIONSIf accommodation is outsourced, or conference and other facilities are booked by Umzimvubu Retreat in order to accommodate the requirements of a guest, written notice of cancellation of the booking needs to be given to Umzimvubu Retreat 3 (three) days prior to the date of the proposed arrival, failing which the guest or the agent will be responsible for the full cost of the facilities and accommodation.Our specials as displayed on various accommodation websites are valid within the dates stated on these websites. These are only applicable to out of season dates - Long Weekends and School Holidays are not included. We will agree to the discount if it is requested by the guest. The discount is applicable the special advert displayed and only the stated offering will be accepted. Any extras not included as stated on these adverts will be for the guests own account.Our cancellation policy is applicable to any reservation made regarding these specials.
