Deposit and Payment• A non-refundable 25% deposit is required within 7 days of making a reservation• A reservation is not secure until the deposit is received• The balance of the account must be settled 4 weeks prior to arrival• We reserve the right to automatically release any accommodation being held if fees have not been received within the stated periods• All extras to be settled at the lodge before departure Cancellation Policy• Cancellations must be received in writingRates for the exclusive rental of the lodge:• Up to 4 guests, R16 800 per night, minimum 2 nights stay• Reduced rates for more than 6 guests and for stays longer than 3 nightsIncluded in the rate:• Return transfer from the Welgevonden Main Gate to the Lodge• Luxury accommodation• All meals, coffee, tea• Two activities per dayExcluded from the rate:• Laundry• Beverages not mentioned above• Telephone calls• Gratuities• Activities arranged through a third party• Purchases of a personal nature
