Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due before or on arrival.Day guests are permitted however no persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions - please email us at [email protected] or call us on 031 562 1672 for the full list of terms and conditions.Cancellation Policy: Should you cancel your reservation you will forfeit a percentage of your deposit as follows: 1-7 days prior to arrival 100% of deposit 8-14 days prior to arrival 75% of deposit 15-21 days prior to arrival 50% of deposit 22-28 days prior to arrival 25% of deposit Please note that refunds will not be given in the case of early departures.
