Description
Wellwood Lodge was started many years ago to serve as a home for missionaries going home on furlough who were waiting to board the Mail Ships for the long journey. With the advent of International flights, that need fell away and whilst maintaining it’s Christian character it now serves as a guest lodge for all sections of the community.
Wellwood Lodge offers bed and breakfast accommodation for individuals, couples, families and larger groups. In our well appointed lounge and diningroom you will enjoy meeting and sharing your experiences with the other visitors. We also cater for special functions including conferences, weddings, dinners and seminars.
Wellwood Lodge has a 4 bedroomed self catering furnished house, which comfortably sleeps 8 people. It has a large lounge with a nice fenced in garden, all within walking distance to the beach, shops and banks. Rate is R1 000 per day.
Please enquire about our self catering flat which should be available from 1 November 2007. It comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. Rate will be approximately R500 per day.
Our self catering guests are offered safe parking and the availability of booking into Wellwood Lodge for breakfast at an additional cost.

Directions
Airport to Wellwood Lodge, Fish Hoek (Travelling time 40 mins)
• Follow N2 (Settlers Way) west towards Cape Town. (13.5km)
• Take M3 left heading south to Muizenberg. (16km)
• M3 ends, take M42 & turn left to Muizenberg/Fish Hoek. (1.4km)
• At M4, turn right south to Muizenberg/Fish Hoek. (9km)
• Proceed along the M4 until you reach Fish Hoek. Continue down the Main Road (M4) until you reach the last traffic light. Turn right into Recreation Road.
• Continue along Recreation Road until you reach 2nd Avenue and then turn right.
• Wellwood Lodge will now be on your left.
