Thunzi in isiXhosa, the local African language, means “in the shade” describing a typical lazy afternoon in the forest valley. Directions
Directions from Port Elizabeth Airport:
Turn left out of the airport at traffic circle into Allister Miller Drive (follow signs to Seaview). At traffic lights turn left into Heugh Rd. Stay on this road for approximately 25km. When you drive into Seaview town look for Elizabeth Rd to your left (opposite Spar complex). Turn left into this road and follow for 9km. You will see the Thunzi Bush Lodge 100m sign.
Start slowing down as the turn left into the estate is sharp.
