Arrival & Departure Times: Check in Time is 2pm onwards. Should you require check in prior to this time, every effort will be made to accommodate your request but no guarantees can be made in this regard.
Please advise should you need to check in after 8pm.
Check out Time is 10am in order to prepare for the next guests arrival unless by prior arrangement

This quote is only valid for 24 hours, should you not confirm booking in this time period, it will automatically be cancelled. Rules/Conditions: Safety
Bottom entrance door must be locked at all times. Windows must be closed and locked when leaving the property.
Gordons Bay Security is an armed response unit and can be contacted in an emergency on Tel: 021-8560214
Children may only use the swimming pool only whilst being supervised by an adult.
Parents/Guardians are responsible to ensure that children are supervised and safe at all times. Climbing on the railings and balcony walls is not permitted.
Housekeeping available on request @ R 100-00 per day to be paid before departure (Time sheet to fill in on arrival)
This includes change of linen and towels when due, washing of dishes, floors, bathroom and general tidying up.
Should you choose to clean the apartment yourselves but would like linen and towels changed only; a fee of R50-00 applies per change.

Sugar Beach offers DSTV Holiday Viewing (Connected on arrival and Disconnected on Departure) please do not remove smart card from decoder.
Please avoid leaving all remote controls i.e. air-con remotes, TV remotes near sunny windows, as this can cause the remote controls to malfunction.
Please close any umbrellas and lay it flat on the patio during windy periods. Chair cushions to be placed inside when raining.

Any damage / loss caused to Sugar Beach property by the guest will be for the guests' account. Please see Inventory list.

Directions
From Cape Town INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Take the N2 off to your left, just outside the airport - direction Somerset West. Stay on the N2 for about 25 minutes (through Somerset West) towards Sir Lowry’s Pass Take the last turn off to your right which indicates Gordon’s Bay, Kleinmond (R44) (Make sure not to take the R44, Strand turn-off) Follow the road to the end until you reach a 3-way stop / T-Junction. (*in front of you, you will be looking at Ooskus Fish Shop and Leap Frog properties – lime green building) Cross over the 3-way stop/T-Junction into Watt Street which immediately turns up to the left. Drive up Watt Street crossing 2 stop streets until you reach No. 59 on the left hand side. The 4th garage has been allocated to you and will be open for you to drive in.
