Attractions
The Golf Estate has the coastal walk from Mossel Bay town (St Blaize lighthouse) to Dana Bay going through it. The nature reserve is part of the estate and not fenced off, which means that buck and wildlife wander around it freely. There is a growing herd of Springbok that can often be seen on the course.
The centre of Mossel Bay is less than a kilometer away with all the banks, shops and restaurants available.
In the other direction is Heilderand Mall, which is also convenient for fresh fish, meat and vegetables etc.
A few kilometers away is the Casino and Pinnacle Point Golf Course.
The beaches are a short drive away and range from the popular Dias Strand and Hartenbos to the secluded Dana Bay.
There are five communal fenced swimming pools on the estate that can be used by residents.

Directions
From the N2 from Cape Town, take the N102 to Mossel Bay. After the Heilderand Shopping Mall, turn right into Schoemann Road. The North entrance to the Golf Estate is at the top of this road on the left. Enter the estate from this entrance and turn right after the boom, into Myrica Drive. Go along this road until the second from last house on the right (before cul-de-sac).
