Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing. Waiving of cancellation fees will only be considered under very special merits, and then only if authorized, in writing, by the General Manager or Directors. Shortened stays will be judged on circumstances, but the Lodge reserves the right to charge the full duration of the booked stay. The Lodge reserves the right to treat postponements as cancellations. In cases where more than 80% of the available rooms are booked, special cancellation clauses may apply in consultation with the booking agent. Cancellation fees will be levied as follows: 100% of full payment if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival. 50% of full payment if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. 25% of full payment if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Directions: Coming from South or East follow N1 towards Zimbabwe. Almost through the town is a shopping area left hand with a big Spar Supermarket. At the Stop turn right and the first left into Limpopo Ave. The Lodge is on the left hand opposite the Golf course. Coming from North or West follow N1 towards Polokwane, cross the railway,turn left at the Stop sign and left again into Limpopo Ave. The Lodge is on the left hand opposite the Golf course.
