LITTLEWOOD COTTAGE
Self catering TGSA Four Star cottage. Set in lush parkland this spacious double-storey cottage is surrounded by birdsong and fabulous mountain views. Whether you want an action packed holiday or simply want to relax and soak up the sun this place is a must.
The cottage sleeps up to six people and the accommodation comprises a large luxurious air-conditioned master bedroom suite on the upper level with two double beds and en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto a sun-terrace with panoramic mountain views.
Downstairs there is another double bedroom with double and one or two single beds, as required, and a bathroom with shower. A fully fitted kitchen adjoins the lounge/dining room which opens onto the garden with a plunge pool and barbeque area.
The cottage has satellite TV, music centre, video machine and telephone. Towels and linen are provided. A remote control is supplied for the front gate for a small refundable deposit. Children are welcome. The property is situated in a secure area and has secure on-site parking. Complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack is provided.
Tokai is part of the historic Constantia Valley wine farming area. The cottage is 5 minutes drive from the American embassy and Westlake Business Park. Within a 2km to 20km radius there are golf courses, wine farms, shopping centres, medical facilities. Cricket, rugby and football stadiums are within easy reach. Hiking on Table Mountain and beaches is easily accessible.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

The cottage sleeps a maximum of four people and the accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds or double if required with another en-suite bathroom with shower. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room area which opens onto the private garden with outdoor furniture and barbeque area. The cottage is comfortable and spacious with satellite TV. Towels and linen are provided. Complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack are provided.

Attractions
Littlewood Cottage is close to all major tourist attractions. Some award winning restaurants are 5 minutes drive away and so are many shops and wine farms. There is easy access to the motorway and we are only 15 minutes drive from the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.
The beach is 10 minutes drive away and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens is even less than 10 minutes away.
The cottage is in a very scenic area that forms part of the Tokai/Constantia Valley and there are wonderful walks in the forest as well as beautiful views of the mountain. Hiking, golf and horse riding can be arranged.

Directions
From Cape Town International Airport, take the N2 towards Cape Town. Exit left at the M3/Muizenberg turnoff and travel approximately 15kms, past University of Cape Town and Constantia Valley. Take the Retreat/Tokai exit and at the Stop sign turn right into Tokai Road. Travel approximately 2kms to the circle, go straight across and 400m further turn left into Swaanswyk Road. At the first Stop turn right into Zwaanswyk Close and Littlewood is No. 5 - the last property on your left with a large wrought iron gate. Please ring the bell and we'll be there to welcome you.
