In the event of this reservation being cancelled LESS THAN 7 DAYS, FORFEIT FULL DEPOSIT
FROM 7-14 DAYS, FORFEIT 75% OF DEPOSIT
FROM 14 - 21 DAYS FORFEIT 50 % OF DEPOSIT
FROM 21-28 DAYS, FORFEIT 25% OF DEPOSIT
To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract.
We will seek compensation for the full amount for any accommodation cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival date, that cannot be relet, including premature curtailment.
1. No Persons other than those booked for, are permitted to share accommodation or facilities. If this is not adhere to, there will be costs involved.
2. All rooms are NON SMOKING. The private garden of your room is for this purpose. If this is not adhere to, there will be costs involved.
3. If Family units are all booked, please contact us, and we'll see what we can do. There is some of the rooms that can be inter linked for this purpose.
4. Please note: Breakfast is not included, but available @ R40 p.p.

Directions
From Jhb:
Haldon road = 4th off ramp, turn left into Haldon. First robot right into Stals road, keep the right hand lane till STOP sign. Turn right in Benade ( over bridge )
Keep right hand lane till STOP sign. Right again, again into Benade. First street left in Welthagen ( Fichardt park Primary School will be on your right after you've turned) till STOP sign.
Right in Moffett, Kleine Eden is the last house on left hand side, corner of Moffett and Duncan road.
From Cape Town:
Curie Ave = 2nd off ramp, till STOP, turn right ( across the highway)
First robot, ( on your right is GAME and Checkers) turn left into Castelyn up to Pick 'n Pay, there you take slipway to left into Benade. On right is P'nP parking area, and then double storey houses.
The first street that you can turn right into (just as you pass the houses, which is a retirement village) is Stollreither street. First street left in Duncan.
Kleine Eden is situated on the corners of Greenwood, Duncan and Moffett. Reception In Moffett street.
