Kites View Bed and Breakfast is situated on one of the higher crests of Kwa-Zulu Natal’s premier holiday city, overlooking the warmest, bluest ocean and lush greenness that is La Lucia, as far as the eye can see - the distance lends enchantment to the view. With four luxurious sea facing bedrooms, which extend onto the balcony, you could not pick a more tranquil and pleasant view point to sit and watch the kites and other birds glide through the air, sip on a glass of wine or cup of coffee, or to just sit quietly and reflect.
Accommodation
Our recently built up market guest house – though professional, still has a warm touch with a stylish contemporary influence and caters for both the corporate market and the holiday maker. When it comes to service, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and the importance of personal touch which is characteristic of Kites View Bed and Breakfast.

Rates
Our rates are extremely competitive:
R400 per person sharing
R550 single occupancy
High season (24th March – 10 April and 8 December to 10 January)

Our extremely competitive rates shown are as at January 2012 and may be subject to change without notice.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due before or on arrival.
Day guests are permitted however no persons, other than those quoted at the time of booking, are permitted to share the accommodation. In the event of additional guests arriving, they will be charged the regular rates.

Cancellation Policy:
Should you cancel your reservation you will forfeit a percentage of your deposit as follows:
1-7 days prior to arrival 100% of deposit
8-14 days prior to arrival 75% of deposit
15-21 days prior to arrival 50% of deposit
22-28 days prior to arrival 25% of deposit
Please note that refunds will not be given in the case of early departures.
Child Policies:
Regrettably we do not accommodate children under 10. (Except by prior arrangement with the owner.)
Check in is from 02h00 - 20h00. Check out time is 10h00 except by prior arrangement with the owner.
