The dining room has table that can seat 6 people and the lounge has a comfortable couch with two wingback chars and satellite TV. The study has a desk and two leather chairs.
The patio is furnished with a BBQ area and a splash pool. The house has a double garage that is remote controlled. The yard is fenced with electric fencing.

Directions
From the N1 take the Zambezi off-ramp going a westerly direction. Turn left at the Kollonade Shopping Centre into Dr van der Merwe Street and drive until you get to to 1928. This will be in the 2nd block on our left.
