Westbury House B&B is part of an old stately Victorian house in the exclusive Silwood area of Rondebosch. This B&B is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite Bishops School.
There are three comfortable rooms/suites of varying sizes and facilities with different rates for each. Two of the rooms have kitchenettes. All three rooms have the basic facilities of fridge, microwave oven, plus crockery and cutlery, kettle, toaster, electric heaters, fans and hairdryers. Each room/suite has its own TV with satellite available. All rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and all have separate entrances with direct access from the secure, off-street parking area.
Guests can choose between bed & breakfast or self-catering accommodation. There is a substantial discount for self-caterers. Breakfast consists of a choice of 3 cereals, croissants, muffins and toast with condiments, yoghurts, fresh fruit, fresh fruit salad, fruit juice and milk. Tea and coffee is available 24 hourly. One suite (upstairs with kitchenette) is ideal as a family suite with a wonderful view of Table Mountain on the one side and the Bishops¡¦ school grounds on the other. The other two rooms open out onto the back garden in which there is a large, unfenced sparkling swimming pool. One of these rooms has its own private undercover patio too. The B&B section of this home sleeps 10 at a maximum occupancy.

Westbury House, with Shirley and John as its managers, has been in the business of providing quality accommodation at a reasonable price for over 15 years. The accommodation units boast all the modern comforts while the exterior of the house still has its old charm. The best thing about this B&B/Self-catering establishment, besides the friendly hosts that run it, is that it is situated right in the middle of the best part of Rondebosch conveniently positioned for easy access to everything BUT is traffic noise free when home.

Westbury House is within easy walking distance of the small Silwood shopping centre and the larger Rondebosch Main Road shopping precinct, which has a wide variety of supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants, take-aways and others. Rondebosch Railway Station is a 10minute walk from our B&B.
We are only a few minutes drive to University of Cape Town (UCT), Newlands Rugby grounds and the Cricket Stadium. The City Centre is approximately 15 minutes drive away and we are conveniently close to most tourist attractions including Kirstenbosch Gardens, Constantia Wine Route and much more.
